Uni Sync

Uni Sync is a personal Linux utility that organises study PDFs from Canvas and adds assessment deadlines to the owner's Google Calendar.

The utility runs on the owner's laptop. It downloads selected course PDFs into local study folders, where the owner's existing file-sync software can sync them to Google Drive. It creates and updates its own deadline events in the calendar selected by the owner.

This website provides information about the utility. It does not run the sync, offer account registration, or display course files or calendar entries.

Google Calendar access

The desktop utility requests permission to view and edit events on calendars the owner owns. Its implementation manages events marked as created by Uni Sync and protects events it detects have been manually edited. It uses assessment titles, due dates and source links to maintain deadline events and reminders.
